Fake it ’til you make it! How to get online offers without paying the price of admission.

We’ve all been there! You see an enticing offer online to get something free or to enter a contest to win something. But… and it is a BIG but… you don’t want to give your email address to someone and have them bombard your email address with marketing, promotions, questionnaires, deals… etc. So, what do you do? You just pass on the offer. Well, what if I told you there is a really simple way to get these free offers and enter these free contests without ever being hassled with spam?

It’s really… extremely… very simple. Why you haven’t thought of this yet is beyond us.

These Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other online offers are designed to do one thing. They are designed to get you to give them your contact info. Specifically your email address. And, for people and companies wanting to market to you, these offers (and hence getting your email address) are VERY effective. In fact, I’m pretty sure if you checked your Facebook feed right now, it wouldn’t take more than 2 minutes to find someone offering a free e-book, a free webinar, a free contest… etc. for you to download, join, or enter whatever it is they are offering. They are only after one thing… your email address. Because once you “opt-in” to whatever offer they are throwing out there, they can legally send you as many marketing emails as they like.

We’re not going to lie. We do it too! Why wouldn’t we? This type of “opt-in” email marketing works! It works very well in fact. So much so, that there are free offers online by companies targeting web designers to download e-books, join webinars, and get “road maps” on exactly how to get YOU to give US your email address! But you know what they are doing to us? You guessed it! They are trying to get OUR email address! lol

Anyway… you’re probably tired of reading this. But, here’s how to see what’s behind the curtain, get whatever you want that is being offered for free online, and enter any contest online without ever having to worry about having your inbox overloaded with spam. It is really simple and you should bang your head on a wall for not having thought of it before.

Here it is. Are you ready?

Sign up for a Gmail account you never plan on using for anything other than getting what you want online. That’s it! That is all there is to it. And, it’s completely free. Let companies send their spam to an email box that you only check every once in a while — just to see if you won a contest you entered. We use two such Gmail accounts. One is captclaysjunkmail@gmail.com and the other is claywants2win@gmail.com. Go ahead… send us an email there. I guarantee you you will never get a response! lol.

Anyway…
